Returns and Exchanges

RETURNS & EXCHANGES 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to make an exchange or return, you will need to email support@cwwltd.com to acquire an RMA # (return merchandise authorization). Merchandise returned without an RMA will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender. We are happy to exchange the product(s) or credit the purchaser’s credit card for the merchandise returned within 30 days of the customer’s receipt of the merchandise.  We are unable to accept returns or exchanges after the 30 day time period.  Returns based on anything other than defective merchandise will be subject to the original shipping and handling costs and a restocking fee. 

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to pay for all shipping on any returns or exchanges.  Restocking, repair or replacement fees may apply. All returns must include the original invoice and be unused and unopened in the original packaging. Include all items and manuals originally shipped. For exchanges, please be sure to advise us as to what you require shipped in exchange for the returned item(s). 

NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED UNTIL ALL RETURNS ARE RECEIVED AND INSPECTED 

RESTOCKING FEE 

A 20% restocking fee will apply to all items except Fleck control valves, Autotrol control valves, GE Membranes, Filmtec Membranes, Harmsco filters and Harmsco housings, Special Order Products and Whole House Systems. 

A 30% restocking fee will apply to all Special Order Products and Whole House Systems. 

A 32% restocking fee will apply to all Fleck control valves, Autotrol control valves, GE Membranes, Filmtec Membranes, Harmsco filters and Harmsco housings.

All return items must be shipped prepaid to: Canadian Water Warehouse #19 -17075 Leslie St., Newmarket, ON  L3Y 8E1 Canada.
