Merchandise sold by Canadian Water Warehouse is guaranteed only to the extent of the original manufacturer’s warranty. Warranties exclude liability for labor and/or consequential damages. Repairs or alterations to merchandise shall void any and all warranties. Seller’s maximum obligation under this warranty shall be limited to a refund of purchase price or replacement of product proven to be defective.
In no event will Canadian Water Warehouse be liable for any amount exceeding the purchase price of a product with regard to any claims related to such product this includes but is not limited to special, incidental or consequential damages. Determination of suitability of a product for uses and applications contemplated by purchaser shall be the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
If for any reason we have a product listed with an incorrect price, Canadian Water Warehouse has the right to refuse or cancel any orders that have been placed with this incorrect price. This includes confirmed orders or if your credit card has already been charged, when your order is cancelled Canadian Water Warehouse will promptly issue a credit to your credit card account for the amount of the incorrect price. Acceptance of delivery of any product constitutes purchaser’s acceptance of the agreement and subjects the purchaser to its contents. Any purchaser from www.cwwltd.com agrees that any and all claims regarding the sale of merchandise to said purchaser shall be subject solely to the jurisdiction of the Court of the Province of Ontario.
