Proportional Injection
The PCM is a time adjustable controller utilized with the Classic Series Single Head Fixed Output Pump and a pulsing dry contact water meter for applications requiring proportional injection. The water meter sends a signal to the PCM and the PCM actuates the pump to deliver the desired dose based upon the system flow.
Features
Four Models 120V 60Hz
Part Number | Operating Range in Seconds |
PCM1 | 0.1 to 1.0 Second |
PCM5 | 0.5 to 5.0 Seconds |
PCM10 | 1.0 to 10.0 Seconds |
PCM20 | 2.0 to 20.0 Seconds |
The operating time range is factory set according to the PCM model. The range can be changed to any of the other time ranges without purchasing a different model. The time range is converted by changing the position of the jumpers on the printer circuit board under the cover.
The PCM is also one of the components in the Proportional Injection System that also includes the fixed output pump and a 3/4″ plastic water meter pre-mounted on a heavy duty panel. Purchasing the items separately offers flexibility with the water meter selection; available in plastic or stainless steel with a variety of sizes and pulse rates to customize your own proportional feed installation.
