Filmtec Nanofiltration Membrane Elements
DOW FILMTEC™ NF (Nano Filtration) membrane elements are high-productivity elements ideal for removing a large percentage of minerals and organic compounds with partial softening at low operating pressures and reduced power consumption and cost. Filmtec NF270 Series nanofiltration membranes are typically use to remove a high percentage of TOC and THM precursors with medium to high salt passage and medium hardness passage.The NF90 membrane elements have sodium chloride rejection of 50%. The NF90 Series membranes are typically used in water softening. The NF90 Membrane elements have sodium chloride rejection of between 90-96%. Filmtec NF90 and Filmtec NF270 series have magnesium sulfate rejections of (98+ %).
